Rights & Usage
- i withhold the right to refuse service at any time for any reason and do not need to disclose why.
- i usually like to send sketches as i'm drawing to get input before finalizing a commission.
- turnaround can range anywhere from 24 hours to up to 1 month following payment. if you need a deadline, this will be discussed prior to payment.
- i reserve the right to the final illustration and any of its progress files to be exhibited and used as advertisement for my work.as the commissioner, you may...
- post the commission online with credit to me, the artist
- use the artwork on social media with credit.
- use the artwork in any personal paraphernalia (prints, keychains, tattoos, etc)the commissioner and other parties may not...
- claim the artwork as your own
- use the artwork commercially or reproduce it/its likeness for profit (clothing, badges, etc. are limited to personal use with no intent to sell)
- use as an NFT or in anyway associate my artwork with NFTs and cryptocurrency. This is strictly prohibited.
Payment
- all cash payments will be made in USD via Paypal invoice.
- payment will only to be accepted for those who are over the age of 18.
Cancellation & Refunds
- you may cancel your commission without reason prior to payment and commencement.
- if i have already started a commission, i will determine my progress and return a percentage of the payment. you will then receive the current progress of the piece.
- i reserve the right to cancel a commission at any time without reason with a full refund.
- please allow up to 14 days for a refund to be processed!
